Some of our favorite cheeses come from a small company in Utah called Beehive. We've stuffed our seagrass box with: 1) their trademark Promentory Cheddar, 2) Seehive, which is their Promontory Cheddar rubbed with honey and Redmond Sea Salt, and 3) their amazing Barely Buzzed, which is rubbed with espresso grounds and lavender (not a heavy flavor, just a piquantness - and it doesn't taste like coffee!). These have been some of our most popular cheeses since they arrived in our shop. We included a tastes-like-just-made Napa Valley Roasted Corn and Bell Pepper topping, Honey Wheat Pretzels, California Almonds and Crackers.
